you which of the three you are and what you’re missing.

Most creators and business owners don't actually own what they think they own.

Not because anyone did anything wrong. Because ownership is created by paperwork, andnobody tells you which paperwork.

Five things that are true more often than people expect:

The freelancer who made your logo may still own it. In Canada, the person who
creates a work is the first owner of copyright in it unless there’s a written
assignment. An invoice marked paid is not an assignment. Neither is a Fiverr order.
“©” on your website does nothing you can enforce cheaply. Copyright exists
automatically — but in the United States you generally can’t recover statutory damages
or legal fees unless the work was registered before the infringement, or within three
months of publication.
After that window, chasing someone costs more than it recovers.
Your published work is training data unless you say otherwise. Most creators have
never set a single AI-crawler rule, embedded a content credential, or kept a
timestamped original. When someone else claims your work, the argument is decided by
who can prove they made it first.
Your business name is not your trademark. Registering a corporation, buying a
domain, and opening the Instagram handle give you zero trademark rights. Someone else
can register the mark and you’re the one who rebrands.
If your work gets used commercially, there’s usually money attached. Music, stock
footage, photography, sample packs, fonts. Most of it goes unclaimed because nobody
registered where the payouts happen.

None of this is expensive to fix. All of it is expensive to fix late.

🎤 For Artists & Creators

Your creative work is an asset. Whether you are protecting a sound recording, visual artwork, written work, or other creative material, we file your documentation.

Services List:

  • Copyright intake review
  • Filing preparation
  • Work title and ownership review
  • Supporting file organization
  • Submission proof

Billboard / Luminate Release Tracking Prep

Releasing music is more than uploading a song. If your UPCs, ISRCs, artist name, release date, label details, and track metadata are not properly prepared, your release may not be recognized correctly by industry tracking systems.

We help artists prepare and then we submit the key release information needed for Luminate-related music tracking. This service is designed for artists preparing singles, EPs, albums, catalog releases, or campaigns where accurate reporting matters.

Services List:

  • Artist information review
  • Luminate artist registration
  • UPC/EAN album or single registration
  • ISRC track registration
  • Metadata review before release
  • Tracklist and release detail verification
  • Proof-of-submission packet
  • Post-release guidance on where to monitor available reporting

Important: This service does not guarantee Billboard chart placement. It makes your music eligible for tracking and proper metadata recognition.

Radio Campaign Delivery & Airplay Tracking Support

If you are planning to push a song to radio, your release needs more than a link. Radio programmers require clean metadata, the correct version of the song, professional delivery, and campaign-ready assets.

We prepare your radio single for professional delivery and available airplay tracking. Depending on the campaign selected, this includes radio delivery setup, clean/radio edit preparation, Mediabase-related information and airplay tracking reports through supported campaign tools.

Services List:

  • Radio single intake review
  • Clean/radio edit checklist
  • ISRC and UPC verification
  • Artist and song metadata review
  • Radio one-sheet preparation
  • Campaign delivery
  • Available airplay tracking report
  • Artist-facing summary after campaign period

Marketing With Purpose

Strategy that matches your project, audience, and goals.

We do not believe in one-size-fits-all promotion. Every artist, creator, and business has a different audience, different message, and different goal.

We build campaign support around your project, your offer, your timeline, and the people you are trying to reach.

Creative Alignment

Your campaign should match the identity, tone, and purpose behind your work.

Targeted Impact

Promotion should focus on the audience most likely to connect with your music, brand, product, or service.

Custom Rollout Strategy

We help structure a roadmap based on your release, budget, timeline, and goals.
